Product Description

FLEX-UL-CY is a PVC, flexible, oil resistant, overall shielded, multi-conductor power and control cable designed for use in electrical equipment in dry, damp or wet conditions.  Especially designed for the North American market by carrying UL and CSA approvals. For use in flexible or stationary applications under medium mechanical stress with free movement without any tensile stress, loads or forced movements.  Common applications include connections and control to CNC machines, machine tools, control systems, assembly lines, control panel to machine connections, grinding machines and bottling equipment.  Found in plant engineering, paint shops, power stations and refrigeration plants.  Due to the tinned copper braiding, FLEX-UL-CY cables are suitable for interference-free data and signal transmissions in signal and control applications where greater electromagnetic compatibility is required.  Outdoor installation is not permitted.
