SUPERFLEX-CP-TP is a polyurethane, very high flex, heavy-duty, oil-resistant, halogen-free, overall shielded, continuous flex, UL/CSA approved, multi-paired data transmission cable. These cables are ideal for all areas requiring a high and fast flexing cable commonly found in automated production processes, power chains, machine industries, robotics and other highly mobile machine parts. The small cable diameters allow installation in confined operating areas. The long working life offers outstanding performance as well as economy. Found in sensor technology, computers, control devices and measurement applications. Common applications include power chains, linear robots and automated handling equipment. Best suited for data and signal cable for power supply chains requiring high mechanical stress and extreme bending. The twisted pair design reduces cross-talk interference with in the cable while the tinned copper braid shield provides disturbance-free transmissions of signals and impulses with better protection against EMI. The rugged PUR jacket is halogen-free and offers high tear, abrasion, chemical and oil resistance. May be used in dry, damp or wet environments. Outdoor use is not permitted.
