Product Description
COLD-JZ is a special version of our FLEX-JZ with increased cold temperature flexing range. This cold-resistant PVC control cable is designed for use in cold applications and outdoor use. It can be used under medium mechanical stress with free movement without any tensile stress, loads or forced movements. Common applications are heating & air conditioning systems, transport belts, machine tools, control systems, cold assembly lines and bottling equipment. COLD-JZ is found in freezing plants, cold rooms, cold stores, plant engineering, refrigeration plants and wind turnbine generators. Available in grounding wire or no grounding wire constructions.

- Fine-wire strand made of bare copper wires
- Strands to VDE-0295 Class 5, IEC 60228 CL-5
- Special PVC cold-resistant core insulation
- PVC cold-resistant, black outer sheath
- Color Code: VDE-0293 - Black & Numbered
- Ground wire in outer layer ("OZ" denotes no ground wire)
- Torsion resistant to drip loops
- Extremely oil & chemical resistant
- Available in multi-core counts from #20 AWG (0,50mm2) to #10 AWG (6,0mm2)
